Job description / Role

Civil Engineer - MEP Maintenance - AF Engineering - Fujairah

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Planning, overseeing, implements & monitors a comprehensive maintenance schedule to ensure continuity and smooth flow of repairs/modifications of all assigned sites/buildings
- Estimating quantities and cost of materials, equipment and labor to determine project feasibility
- Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
- Undertaking complex and repetitive calculations
- liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors
- Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures
- Managing budgets and project resources
- Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
- Making sure the project complies with legal requirements
- Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time
- Supporting the team in all day to day operational requirements
- Ensuring timely completion of all contractual obligations as per respective SLA's
- Maintaining highest standards of communication and customer service culture
- Helping the team in maintaining highest HSE standards and practices

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 5 -7 years of experience from a Facility management company or engineering company
- Must have G+1 & G+ 4 Dubai Municipality License
- Must have experience Refurbishment, fit outs ,masonry, interior/ exterior finishing works
- Must have experience managing a team of service supervisors and technicians
- Preferred Arabic Speakers
- Must have valid UAE License to be able to travel between Fujairah, Sharjah and Dubai
