Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Report to the Maintenance Manager, the incumbent prime objective is to ensure the quality, timing and budget of the project while expediting necessary decisions and keeping the management informed throughout the life of a project/program.

Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Civil Engineering with strong in Multi Storey Building related.
- You will also possess excellent knowledge of project cost controls and system together with a hands on approach as you will lead the smaller projects to conclusion.
- Minimum 10 years related experience, where 5 years acquired from UAE
- With Valid UAE driving license
- Dubai Ministry approved and member of UAE Engineering Society
- Solid experience in maintaining relevant records and generating activity reports.
- Experience in identifying non-conforming works, generating reports and corrective actions and coordinating responses.
- Good knowledge of submittable process.
- Good knowledge of reviewing drawing and technical issue.
- Excellent writing skills to communicate and summarize complicated situations.
- Computer skills including spreadsheet application, AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, Excel etc.
- Ability to establish priorities and a course of action for handling multiple tasks.
- Accomplishes a task thoroughly with concern for all aspects, no matter how small.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proven ability to operate under pressure.
- Maintains the normal standards of ethics, conduct and organizational policies.
- Demonstrates leadership capability and competence.
