Civil Estimator

Job description / Role

A reputable multinational Engineering Contractor is currently looking for a Civil Estimator to join their Estimation Department in Athens, Greece. Managing the investigation, coordination and preparation of bid proposals for the company's Civil Projects, the main duties and responsibilities of this position will include but not be limited to;

• Study tender documents
• Review bills of quantities and prepare Direct Cost Estimates.
• Review quotations and ensure best compliant price selection as proposed by procurement engineer
• Coordinate with Partners
• Assure overall estimation preparation responsibility including assisting technical section
• Direct QS on which items material taken off to be done

Requirements

An ideal candidate should have a University degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years experience on construction sites as well as having good knowledge of office work. Fluency in Arabic and French - a must.
