Job description / Role
We have been awarded a new project with ADGAS in Abu Dhabi as PMC for their power networks sector projects.
Due to this we are currently looking to recruit a number of Engineers to be part of this project. The role will be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
At the moment we are looking to appoint Civil & Structural Engineer.
Requirements
B.S. or equivalent degree in Civil I Structural Engineering from an accredited university with minimum ten (10) years including minimum seven (7) years relevant experience in substations.
Must have the capacity to manage and control EPC Contractor and the deliverables to be generated during detailed design, and construction.
Should have adequate knowledge of all international codes, standards and other construction practices to be utilised during EPC Phases of project execution. Additional experience with Middle East projects will be distinctly preferable. Must have the capacity to manage and control EPC Contractor and the deliverables to be generated during detailed design, and construction. Candidate shall have the ability to spot non-conformances to project requirements and persuade contractor to remedy them. Participation during constructability reviews and contribution there in shall be supported with adequate proof on large sized projects recently executed preferably in Middle East.
