Civil Trainer

Job description / Role

Polyglot group is one of the leading group of Technical Institutes in Sultanate of Oman. We offer EAL and EDEXCEL approved Programmes in various streams and aim to provide Quality Technical Education to meet the requirements of the booming industry in the GCC.

We are looking for technical trainers to support the delivery of various programmes offered. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the curriculum, managing the workshop and developing assessments in order to meet all the awarding body and client requirements. In addition, you will deliver the training programs and internally assess all portfolios to the agreed External Verifier and Awarding Organisation standards. You will also assist in the training, development and certification of training staff as Assessors.

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelors of civil engineering
- Min. 3 years Training experience
- Excellent communication, presentation and IT skills

Desirable:
- A1 (Assessor) and or V1 (Internal Verifier) qualifications
- Competence based assessment experience (ie IVQ/NVQ)
- Bilingual (English - Arabic)

About the Company
