Civil Works Construction Inspector

Job description / Role

- The Civil Works Construction Inspector (New Buildings and Tower Sites) shall be responsible for inspecting and monitoring of the New Building Construction and Steel Tower Erection.
- Related to Civil Works to ensure that the Partner and their Sub-Contractors deliver the New Buildings and New Tower Sites in accordance with the contract, with respect to Requirements and Acceptance Criteria.
- The New Buildings / Steel Towers Construction Inspector shall work closely with the Project Engineering teams, which include: Civil Works, Roll Out, Scheduling and the Consortium Partner.

Requirements

- Candidates must have over 6 years experience in Civil Works or similar.
- Over 6 years experience in Building and / Or Steel Tower Construction Principles.
- Candidates must have a good understanding of Civil Works Building and Steel Tower Construction / Foundation / New Buildings / Equipment and Telecommunication Rooms / Refurbishments / Auto Cad Drawings.
- Compaction , Excavation, Foundation Requirements, Re-Bar, Batching Plant Certification, Concrete, Pre-Cast Concrete and Installation, Vibration, On Site Concrete Testing, Curing, Sacking, Earthing, Power, Acceptance, Handover.
- Building Construction Site Survey.
- Site Construction Build Documentation.
- Reporting into management in terms of Microsoft Office.
