Claims Manager - Retail Project - Riyadh
An international consultancy company is currently conducting a search for a Claims Manager who has vast experience working on retail projects. The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to join the retail team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with construction, planning, and sub contract admin teams, liaising with Commercial Team Managers. Identifying delaying events, disruption and acceleration, preparation of Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and liaising with TIA Delay Analysis teams, attending delay and claims meetings.
Requirements
- You must have a degree in BSc Quantity Surveying
- MRICS desirable.
- Must have a minimum of 10+ years post graduate experience with consultancy company, retail projects.
- Must understand FIDIC contracts
