Requirements

My client is looking for an experienced Claims Manager for Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should:
Contractually astute claims manager required to advise and assist project teams with regard to establishment of claim validity and preparation of detailed submissions to Engineer.
Candidates must be client facing and have strong personality with excellent analytical, problem solving, planning and contract administration skills. Duties will include review of contemporaneous records and time impact analyses to establish and report on validity of claim proposal, the development of claim narrative in coordination with site base teams and negotiation of claims with employers team. Ability to work as part of a team and working knowledge of FIDIC forms and Primavera planning software are essential.
Undergraduate quantity surveying degree and appropriate professional membership (MRICS / MCIOB / MCIARB) with 20 years post qualification experience with both contractors and claims consultants required as a minimum. Post graduate legal qualification and Middle East experience an advantage.

Salary AED 55-65k full package + medical insurance + tickets (Negotiable for right candidate)
Age between 40-55 years
Nationality Western (British, Irish, Canadian, South African, Australian etc.)
