The Role


The Role


I am currently looking for a claims manager to head up the commercial team for one of the regions leading contracts. With projects running across the gulf, they have are looking to build a centralised claims team that will provide strategic support to there projects.

The role would not be a fully hands on technical claims role, you will the there to ensure best project on contract solutions, advise and help on any arbitration, mediation, disputes, and sometime technical experience when needed.

The idea is to build a technical team and have them supporting the projects and you centralising the reporting and management.

This will be a very senior management role with travelling required around the region. Although Middle East experience is not required, it can be helpful.

20 Years+ Experience
Quantity Surveying background
Claims, Disputes & Arbitration Experience
Professional Qualification, (B.Sc., LLB, MRICS, MCIArb…)

You will have past experience managing large projects, and even multiple projects. You will have experience recruiting and developing teams and implementing new strategies and ideas to maximise the efficiency of commercial department.
