The RoleThe RoleKnowledge of:ý  Supervise the implementation of master cleaning and housekeeping plans  Manage and supervise complex cleaning plans  Arrange and implement/manage pre/during/post events cleaning  Supervise day to day cleaning and housekeeping monitoring  Maintain record of daily, monthly…etc contractors performanceý  Assist the Cleaning and Housekeeping coordinator ý Ability to:ý  Communicate effectively for successful job performance.ý  Supervise cleaning and housekeeping plans  Work independently and under minimal supervision to complete work tasks.ý  Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate work of others.ý  Adapt to changing work demands, priorities and organizational members.ý |
RequirementsRequirementsQUALIFICATIONS: Graduate level qualificationý EXPERIENCE Minimum of 3-year experience in such field.ý Functional  Demonstrate good judgment and decision making skills, analyzing and resolving office administrative situations and ýproblems.ý  Excellent communication skills (verbal, oral, listening, and written).ý  Familiar with engineering drawings and data.ý  High-level Organization skills.ý  Very strong computer skills and experience with processing documents (filing systems including indexing into database, ýphysical processing and quality control).ý |
