Cleaning & Pest Control Coordinator - ASPIRE LOGISTICS

• To lead a team of professionals in the coordination of cleaning, waste management and pest control services and inspection of all Aspire Zone indoor and outdoor venues, with an aim to meet established Aspire Zone cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Projects Management technique and methodologies.
• Development of project plans by utilizing professional tools.
• Communicate effectively for successful job performance.
• Develop Cleaning, Waste Management and Pest Control Services Schedules and plans.
• Work independently and under minimal supervision to successfully complete work tasks.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate work of others.
• Monitor the financial performance of Cleaning and Pest Control Section and report areas of shortfall to the head of section for necessary rectification to ensure actual expenditure is controlled within the agreed budget.
• Contribute to identification of AZF SBUs requirements in relation with cleaning, waste management and pest control high standards.
• Ensure that all relevant HSE procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that HSE compliance can be guaranteed.
• Reviews daily cleaning and pest control activities performed reports from the cleaning and pest control supervisors and takes necessary action (if needed).
• Contribute to contractor/vendor selection from a technical perspective by providing technical input to the head of section in order to convey the same to the procurement department
• Conduct random inspections of Aspire Zone venues to ensure that established Aspire Zone cleanliness and hygiene standards are being met

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree related.
• 4 years of related experience of which a minimum of 2 years should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry.
• Knowledge of commercial and medical cleaning, general and hazardous Waste Management, restoration/treatment and pest control services.
• Knowledge of cleaning, pest control and restoration chemicals and equipment.
• Very Good Communication Skills (verbal, oral, listening, and written);
• Internal customer service orientation
• People Management Skills; and
• Time Management Skills.
