Job description / Role
- Custom declaration clearance of goods at the ports.
- Managing customs documentation, handle data and customs clearance documentation.
- Handle the total chain of export and import activities.
- Dealing with bank for Letter of Credit & other formalities.
- Dealings with Custom & Freight agents.
- Maintain day to day report for each shipment.
- Communicate with transporter to pick the container and deliver to right area.
- Check of materials (weigh, measure, etc.), supplies, and equipment for the purpose of keeping relevant records.
Requirements
- Diploma or University Degree.
- 3 years experience in procurement
- Knowledge of Foreign import/export regulations & procedures
- Knowledge of Local and international transit legislation / INCOTERMS
- Computer literacy.
