We are looking for a Cashier with the capacity to deliver and collect all banking related documents, invoices related to purchase and purchase orders and have them filed systematically.

The key accountabilities of this position are:

- Deposit all cash and cheques, intact, into company banks accounts as directed to ensure the security of the companys funds.
- Collect and deliver all banking documentation from and to banks as directed to ensure effective and timely processing of banking transactions.
- Filing of the payables and purchase orders together in a systematic way and keep a track of it, whenever needed for audit and other support purpose.
- Carry out any others duties related to the section as directed by the section supervisor/coordinators.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a Higher Secondary Education but graduate is desirable.

EXPERIENCE:
- 1 - 2 years in a documentation or Accounts Related field.

SKILLS AND SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE
- Must know how to use Computer especially MS Excel.
