The RoleThe RoleObjective: Responsible for assisting in all aspects of client service including client contact, administration and technical support. Ensuring the accurate and efficient production of all client and policy related documentation. Main Responsibilities: Assist with the development, implementation and management insurance programs which accurately address client needs. Actively assist with the development of additional business from existing portfolios. Assist with the implementation of appropriate account retention, renewal, broking and defense strategies.Timely and accurate production/processing of invoices, policy accounting information, quotations, premium calculations, certificates of currency and all other documentation. Acquire and maintain an awareness of the client’s business and insurance needs. Develop and maintain a basic technical understanding of all major classes of insurance and specialist services within the Company offers to its clients.Develop and maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation. |
RequirementsRequirementsUniversity qualifications : Bachelor's Degree Graduate Other certifications : Tertiary qualification in Insurance Broking Previous experience : 5 years experience in Financial Product insurance lines Other Skills : Knowledgeable in MS office and internet Ability to handle multiple projects |
