Employment: Full Time

Our client are a well known and respected semi-government company operating in Qatar. They are currently looking to recruit a Client Relations Executive to join their Business Development Team.

The Client Relationship Executive - Post Sales is responsible for nurturing relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and providing exemplary support during the strategic fit process. The incumbent also acts as the firms primary point of contact for any queries / complaints going forward

The Main Responsibilities include:

* Manage Client Relationships: Execute successful client transition from Business Development to Client Relationship Management. Communicate frequently with clients on information, concerns and suggestions.

* Clients Database: Update and maintain client records (queries raised, issues resolved, contact details, etc.) on the clients database.

Requirements

- Preferred MBA or relevant Degree
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Client Relations / Management
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Strong customer facing experience and skills
