The RoleThe RoleThis position will be responsible for receiving inquiries/requests from licensed RAK FTZ clients through emails, fax, and phone regarding RAK FTZ visa/license and related services. He/she should also manage clients' information; make necessary follow ups with colleagues/departments/clients concerned to ensure efficient processing of license/visa requirements. |
RequirementsRequirements• Must have Bachelor's degree • Must have minimum 1-2 years experience in client support or related field. • Must be proficient in MS Office applications. • Should have outstanding communication skills in English and Arabic. • Strong interpersonal skills and capability to work well within a team. |
