Employment: Full Time

Salary: AED 20,000 – 25,000

One of the world’s most prestigious luxury retailers is currently looking for a Client Relations Manager to maintain and develop their VIP customers. The ideal candidates will have a good understanding of working with luxury products, a strong existing VIP network, be extremely presentable and have experience in dealing with high net worth individuals.

Responsibilities:
• Reside within the Retail function, report directly to the Regional Retail Director with a functional dotted line report to the WW Marketing & Communications Department.
• Be responsible for a number of stores within one location or region. Exact number will be dependent on size of stores. Wherever possible, to be based in a store, otherwise in a corporate office.
• Serve as a support to the store manager and sales associates without compromising the relationship that exists between the client and the store associate or manager.
• Act as a point of communication and facilitator between the regional Relational Marketing team and the Retail team.
• Will promote and develop clientele, CRM adoption and competencies within the Retail network.
• Champion and foster a customer-centric culture.
• Provide the required support to ensure that a consistently premium customer experience is delivered for all top clients during every interaction
• Develop internal relationships within the organization to drive customer loyalty by partnering with sales associates / stores and core departments (merchandising and relational marketing).
• Support the store and events teams in developing creative and engaging concepts as well as in the execution of all client events, including in-store and brand experiences. Provide assistance in identifying invitees and ensure client follow-up, either personally or by providing an appropriate plan for sales associates.
• Partner with sales associate to develop clienteling support tools such as thank you notes, birthday gifts, seasonal gifts and other personalization opportunities.
• Assist clients and sales associates with special client requests, including repairs, special orders, custom made-to-order pieces, product transfers or other. Manage communications process throughout with all parties.
• Be proactive in generating and supervising one-to-one appointments. Organize well-thought out and prepared client visits to stores within and outside the client's home region.
• Client development by proactively recruiting and establishing partnerships for customer acquisition through local networking.
• Share insights about local competitors' activities with the team (across all departments).
• Share best practices across stores, from store to core departments aimed at improving client management.
• Ensure accurate records of all top clients. Apply commercial acumen to support sales assistant / store managers in ongoing completion of qualitative information according to corporate mandated templates.
• Continually find methods to optimize data and insights provided by regional Relational Marketing team to further engage and engender customer loyalty.
• Reinforce the CRM culture throughout stores and all colleague interactions, including the usage of clienteling tools as well as ideation of top client action plans, through KPI discussion and database maintenance.
• Provide feedback on efficacy and usage of clienteling tools. Advise on adjustments to maximize results.

Requirements

The successful candidates will have:
• Established contacts within marketplace with target clientele.
• A collaborative team player.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and multi-task, proactive & problem solving abilities and high level of flexibility.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to be equally comfortable interacting with top clients within a service context, as well as socializing personally in more formal settings.
• Thorough understanding and passion for luxury and fashion.
• Extensive experience servicing high-net worth and demanding clientele.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational skills.
• Must be able to work with highly confidential information.
• Personal presentation of the highest standards.
• High sensibility across genders, age groups & ethnic backgrounds.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• In addition to local language, advanced knowledge of English with fluency preferred.
• Willingness to travel when required.
