Our client has been established for almost ten years in the region and is a flourishing and highly respected consultancy. They partner with some of the largest and best known businesses across the UAE and wider Middle East, offering four core business services: Language Programs, Training Solutions, Human Resource Solutions and Emotional Intelligence development.

We are looking to identify a driven and focused Client Relationship Manager to join the team and the core focus of the role will be to identify prospective clients, develop a contacts plan and arrange appointments. The CRM will be expected to attend introductory meetings with the Directors in order to develop new relationships, present credential presentations and identify opportunities. There will be regular meeting follow up, attending networking events and establish and maintain key referral partnerships.

You will be required to design and implement a marketing communications plan including digital and conventional media, therefore the job holder must have a strong understanding of both marketing and implementation of social media.

Responsibilities include inbound and outbound marketing, identifying a marketing strategy, management of supplier costs, scheduling of marketing activity and budget control. Additionally, there will be a strong focus on administration, follow up and tracking of proposals, updating the CRM system, website, social media sites, calls, emails, presentations and newsletters. There will also be requirements for attendance at language assessments, training events, facilitation and psychometric debriefs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years commercial experience with at least one year working within the Middle East. A strong understanding of the L&D function or experience consulting within the education sector would be considered a benefit.

We are looking for key competencies in social media, fluency in English, excellent interpersonal and networking skills, time management and strong IT skills (PP, Prezi, Photoshop, WordPress, CRM). A well groomed appearance and the flexibility to travel on occasion is also required.
