The Role


The Role


Objective:
To lead and manage responsibility of the respective Employee Benefits Corporate Clients portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Monitoring client satisfaction and addressing concerns.
• Building, developing and managing accounts.
• Renewal of the existing portfolio.
• Marketing and tendering of the insurance requirements at renewal.
• Reviewing market analysis to determine client needs and designing insurance programmes.
• Developing and making presentations to key decision makers.
• Managing annual insurance renewals including strategy development and timelines.

University qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree graduate
Previous experience : 5-10 years experience in Medical/Life insurance industry (either Insurer / Broker)
Other Skills : Sound understanding of the Employee Benefits Insurance industry, along with understanding of the specific role of a Client Manager and its working practices.
