Client Representative (Project Manager) - Hotels / Retail

Our client is a leading West Africa construction Developer, actively involved in building significant projects in the hotels, residential, office and retail sectors.

They are embarking on a substantial, long term new hotel and retail development project in Accra, Ghana and are looking to recruit a Client Representative to join their team and oversee all elements of the project.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will already possess:

* 10 years industry experience.
* Extensive Project Management experience.
* Strong technical construction experience.
* Previous experience as a Client Representative (ideal)
* Experience of large scale projects.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Highly motivated.
* Previous experience with a Developer, Consultant, * Client or Contractor will be considered if the candidate has the right experience.
* Previous Africa experience.
* Excellent levels of English, written and spoken.
* A relevant degree ie Construction Management, Architecture or Civil Engineering

An excellent tax free package will be offered to the successful candidate, including:

A basic salary of $110,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience) + accommodation + transport + bonus + benefits.
