Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The position is responsible for developing and managing overall offshore banking proposition(s) in collaboration with the Standard Chartered international network.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- To develop a strong offshore banking proposition(s).
- To monitor business performance / network income of the corridors.
- To monitor sales performance of RMs.
- Responsible for overall governance of offshore channels.
- To monitor process TATs and undertake initiatives for process improvement.
- To work with offshore country teams for leads management through CEMs or other mediums.
- To organize marketing initiatives to create awareness of corridors.
- To develop marketing collateral for respective corridors.
- To design and deploy sales campaigns to increase acquisition.
- To collaborate with other product managers and come up with valuable propositions for clients.
- To formulate strategies to increase client base, minimize attrition, increase spending to maximize profit contribution.
- To constantly review the competitive position and formulate strategies and implement action plans to maintain a foothold in the market.

- Excellent knowledge and relevant experience in related fields such as client segment, retail banking products, marketing, digital delivery channels and/or analytics.
- Strong execution capabilities.
- Ability to lead and coordinate widely across multiple stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
- Analytical and strong numerical skills.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work with others to influence outcomes.
- High level of energy to achieve desired outcomes.
