Job description / Role
Company:
Our client is one of the largest providers of alternative investment products. They are currently looking to recruit a Client Services Analyst for their Placement & Relationship Management (PRM) team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Respond to client, RM and RM assistant queries, seeking inputs from other members of the Client Services team or back-office functions as required. Key element of providing accurate and timely responses will be an understanding of the information and process flows (and gaps thereof) across the firm.
Provide analytical support relating to client returns on an individual/portfolio level, tracking achievement versus objectives by manager and team, and forecasting placement targets amongst others.
Read the placement documents for each investment, assist in the preparation of marketing materials and answer follow-up questions asked by clients on the investments. In this respect have to interact with deal teams in New York and London.
Assist in ensuring the IT reporting systems are free of errors and continuously being updated and provide troubleshooting assistance to PRM members.
Devise and implement processes for: placement tracking, prospecting, marketing efficiency, profiling, lead prioritization, and account planning among others.
Update, revise marketing tools including presentation templates.
Prepare updates related to PRM team for senior management members within the firm.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with meaningful experience (1-3 years) in a banking or consulting environment, with strong analytical competencies. Experience in an accounting firm would also be suitable.
Bilingual with fluency in English and ability to read and write Arabic.
Strong IT and systems confidence, specifically with regard to the use of Excel in data analysis.
Good interpersonal skills and team orientation.
