Our client, a leading direct marketing agency, is currently recruiting for a Client Services Director with great people management skills to join their team in Dubai:

The purpose of this role is to lead and nurture the client services team in the Middle East and provide the very highest levels of client servicing, growing revenue & build strong client relationships at the highest level.

Responsibilities:
- To oversee and lead the Client Services teams throughout the agencies as they manage and grow existing client accounts
- To create and develop commercial opportunities with existing clients maximising account and revenue growth
- To build a pipeline of future work and ensure that the company's existing client revenue target is achieved
- To input into the strategic direction and associated tactics of client accounts based on a strong understanding of their marketing and business objectives
- To obtain client feedback and drive increases in client satisfaction and engagement
- To manage tracking and reporting of performance to ensure team accountability and quality of service - drive 'performance'
- Work directly with the new business team on pitches and create a winning formula
- Proactively involve client services in new business as subject matter experts to further develop their skills in this area
- To drive client service excellence and a culture of delighting clients through great 'performance'
- To actively input into the development of the agency strategy based on an understanding of the digital market and client service management
- To contribute to the development of a 'performance based culture that enjoys the challenge of meeting targets

Requirements

- Proven experience in working in a loyalty/CRM agency, part of which will be as an Account Director or similar.
- Experience of leading an account management team.
- Great communicator and ability to inspire your team and spot potential.
- People management skills are a must
- You must have a proven track record in growing accounts & winning new business/pitches.
- Great campaign and sector knowledge from eCRM and Loyalty to digital and social, Retail and Luxury to Travel and Technology.
- Your strategic ability and insight of your clients must be second to none.
- Fluent in the English language
