Employment: Full Time

Our Dubai location positions us in a still growing market at the hub of business in the northern hemisphere with a client base operating in more than 15 countries across the Middle East, Europe, the Sub Continent and Asia. Our offerings include every aspect of communications, advertising and marketing in traditional and new media formats.

Understanding the Agency:
- Understands and promotes company credentials to clients and Agency account personnel.
- Understands and actively promotes proprietary tools and company corridor companies, and utilizes where appropriate, on existing business, whilst identifying new business opportunities.
- Understands the roles and responsibilities of other Agency departments, ensuring the building of effective and profitable relationships, and the building of efficient and effective teams within the agency.

Business Management and Implementation:
- Sets and directs the delivery of income targets for each client account.
- Delivers business initiatives that enhance the development skills, knowledge and good practice in the agency.
- Delivers tactical solutions when necessary to achieve higher quality within the confines of cost and time ensuring that any change is clearly communicated across the business.

Client Management and Business Development:
-Ensures clear understanding of the clients strategic and operational requirements and communicate this to the team.
-Through close relationship with the clients, continuously develops the strategic direction of each client account and ensures communication of any directional changes to the team.
-Delivers high standards of client satisfaction, measuring this through feedback, surveys, response to campaigns and continuously adapting and adjusting approaches to benefit client needs.

Financial Management:
- Manages and monitors the income from all client accounts.
- Ensures invoicing and financial administration is of a high standard to keep income coming into the agency.
- Achieves or exceeds all key financial targets for the team.

Team Management:
- Sets clear goals and objectives for the performance management of the Account Directors and any other direct business reports to continuously achieve or better income targets set.
- Creates clear development places for Account Directors and direct business reports in line with business and individual needs.
- Inspires team and direct team to achieve positive results

Requirements

- Over 10 years of experience managing equivalent clients and billings in recognised marketing agencies or equivalent
- Automotive industry experience is a MUST
- Proven ability to drive existing business to maximize both account profitability and Agency revenue, whilst identifying new business opportunities
- Passion about the industry demonstrated by a genuine interest in and enthusiasm for all aspects of marketing and communication
