Client Services Executive - Insurance

Job description / Role

We are currently working for an expanding life assurance company that is currently undergoing huge regional growth. As such, they are expanding their administrative arm and are looking to recruit a Client Services Executive.

Our client is committed to providing the best possible level of service to their clients and the Client Service Executive will ensure a continuous level of quality support throughout the whole customer support lifecycle.

You will work as a part of a team to deliver a high level of customer service and ensure that all customer enquiries and issues are dealt with professionally and timely.

Requirements

We encourage applications from those with previous insurance experience and a solid understanding of regular saving vehicles and products. We are looking for a great communicator who is able to work as part of team as well as autonomously and someone who is able to develop relationships with the distributor.

Working hours are 8-6 but there will need to be flexibility on occasion when dealing with Europe.
