Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a social media services company with headquarters in the UAE and offices across the globe. They work with huge multinational organisations in various sectors offering the full spectrum of social media services. Our client is looking to hire a Client Services Manager.
You will report directly to the CEO and ensure all work executed is to the client’s satisfaction. This position will work closely with the Account Management team to communicate briefs from key clients of their social media strategy ready for execution. You will liaise from a strategic and technical aspect with both clients and account managers. Experience in client servicing, project management and operations are all key for this extremely important role managing clients and their social media campaigns.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a related Degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience within social media marketing and ideally already be based in the UAE. It is crucial you have exceptional knowledge and understanding of the digital and social media space while a demonstrated ability of managing key clients is also essential. You should possess excellent communication and organisational skills together with the ability to document plans.
