Job description / Role
The Company:
An award-winning leading full-service live communications company based in the heart of Dubai Media City offering services in corporate events, exhibitions, concerts, brand activations, incentives, creative sampling etc.
The Role:
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports to: Accounts Director
Compensation Package: 8,000 AED - 14,000 AED (depending on experience & qualifications)
Job Summary: To liaise with clients and agency staff in the administration of the companys services and the coordination of associated work.
Major Responsibilities
Consulting clients about campaign requirements
Presenting campaign pitches and costs to clients
Passing proposals to appropriate media/creative staff
Negotiating time-scales and budgets
Monitoring work progress and keeping in contact with clients at all stages
Delivering final products for review
Report Writing and Preparing Client Presentations
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising and Communications (Media) or any related course
2-4 years UAE experience preferably in an Events, Advertising or Activations agency
Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in preparing Powerpoint presentations
Must be well versed both in English and Arabic, presentable, confident, creative thinker and problem solver
