Job description / Role
Our client is a multi-national leading consultancy in the property and construction industry and has been the driving force behind some of the world’s most recognizable and prestigious landmark projects.
Responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:
- Utilizing a team of skilled individuals to deliver complex projects to rigorous time and budgetary constraints
- Co-ordinating with the project team, vendors and the design team to ensure the delivery of the project on time
- Ensuring all site and project related documentation is accurate and attended to
- Ensuring that Construction activities are carried out in accordance with specifications and authorities requirements
- Ensuring that all works are well coordinated between the Contractors on site
- Issuing Project Management Plan
- Running weekly meetings with the team
- Ensuring that all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to
- Ensuring that the works are carried out to the QA/QC plan
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant discipline
- Capable of carrying out the role and delivering independently with infrequent supervision
- Proven track record in leading report meetings to board members
- Experience with larger scale projects
- High end residential and commercial experience favorably looked upon
- Fast track delivery skills on projects
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Experience managing teams on site
