Job description / Role
The main purpose of this role is to retain desktop revenue and grow desktop sales by embedding TR products into the daily workflow of end-users. To provide value-added expertise (complex sheets, workflow solutions, consulting, guidance, learning) to allow end-users to extract the most value from their TR desktop. To drive desktop revenue retention among existing clients using desktop design capabilities and innovative solutions. To communicate and share timely market event information to F2F staff in order to materially impact customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
• Will be responsible for handling all desktop design projects based on clients needs in Saudi Arabia & Bahrain
• Maintain client engagement and needs assessments to identify where desktop design capabilities are needed and executing on those needs and converting them into projects
• Deliver on required sheets, design requirements & making sure to communicate with clients for full satisfaction and positive follow ups
• Communicate with the rest of the CS team and engage with them to identify client needs and get leads for projects from them
• Maintain a central database of all completed projects/sheets for clients to be used where needed by other CS team members
• Drive retention through desktop add-on modules value creation (Excel Add-on)
• Provide customer feedback directly to product / SBU (represent voice of the customer)
• Act as a consultant/trainer within the CS team to level up their product functionality knowledge & usage and showcasing how innovative solutions can be used to achieve outcomes timely and cost efficiently
• Enter relevant data into appropriate CRM systems as required
Requirements
University Degree (Preferred with an Engineering, Finance or Banking Major) or Equivalent, MBA or CFA is a plus
Required skills:
• Deep Understanding of the Financial Markets with a focus on Treasury Market instruments
• Arabic Speaking
• Expert in MS Excel, data manipulation, macros & VBA - Knowledge of APIs is a plus
• Structured thinking, organized & project oriented
• Able to handle multiple complex tasks at the same time and keeping along with deadlines
• Significant Product and Workflow Expertise (e.g. knowledge of customer base work flow and how they are measured and motivated)
• Good understanding of derivatives, especially FX Options
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to effectively build, maintain & leverage relationships with clients and users to provide business benefit and growth in the future and to support Account Teams in future sales
Desired skills:
• Recommended 2-3 years of industry related experience in financial markets preferred (i.e. FX Sales workflow knowledge, etc…)
• Good Knowledge of Structured Products is a plus
• Training or related experience recommended
