Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a European multinational insurance company. Our client is looking to hire a Client Support Manager to provide after-sales maintenance and support services from their Dubai office.

You will be primarily responsible for preparing quotations for new and existing clients, building and maintaining client relationships as well as organising activities. You will also prepare contracts and provide solutions to the client in case of problems. In addition, you will monitor and assess the profitability of the agreements and conduct renewal negotiations. You will also identify new commercial opportunities within the client base and up-sell products.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a bachelors Degree and have at least 2 years experience in a similar role. You should also have excellent knowledge of operational and sales processes in insurance or a related industry such as banking or financial services. It is essential you are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as possess fluent English communication skills. Arabic is advantageous. Exceptional time management and organisation skills are also crucial for this role.
