The Role


The Role


To provide and coordinate direct patient care activities and liaise with Physician Coordinator and paramedical staff.
The Clinic Manager has operational accountability for staff schedules that support the physician practice, registration quality, cash collections and insurance accountability, clinical quality, performance improvement and patient service excellence.
The Clinic Manager develops, conducts competency assessments for staff in conjunction with and in close collaboration with the Director, Clinic Operations.

Qualifications Required:
•In addition to Management Diploma / Degree you must be Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing in country of origin and/or country of professional practice Current Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in country of citizenship or professional practice.
•Knowledge of JCIA Standards.

Experience Required:
•At least 2 years experience in a management capacity in a clinic or similar setting preferably in area of required expertise.
•At least 3 to 5 years of postgraduate nursing experience.
•Demonstrate management ability.
•Evidence of continuing education.
