Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Leads all aspects of technical service delivery. Accountable for ensuring that all services are delivered in a high-quality and efficient manner, resulting in timely revenue recognition and exceptional customer satisfaction. Develops high-performance rapid design and delivery of engineering solutions. Monitors performance and continuously improves the quality of services and products delivered. Prepares status reports on projects and operational performance of their area of responsibility. Reviews and evaluates work of staff members and manages departmental performance.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsible for successfully developing and leading interface specialists and analysts to deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders in a cost-effective and timely manner
Oversees interface standards, service delivery protocols, and the technical execution and delivery of other projects as assigned.
Oversees project scoping and analysis support for technical/professional services engagements
Liaises closely with key stakeholders of the integrated enterprise solution
Provides reports to management as required
Attends management and staff meetings
Develops work plans, assigns work, provides guidance and directs activities of staff utilizing management tools in order to maximize productivity and equalize workloads.
Develops useful indicators and techniques for monitoring and measurement of team performance, develops tools to report on performance, and uses performance indicators as a key input to continuously improve services.
Maintains a work environment in which teamwork is valued and acknowledged.
Engages with interdisciplinary management personnel to identify and design future needs and efficient workflow processes throughout the Enterprise.
Responsible for the identification, prioritization, resolution of issues, and the allocation of workload and resources within the assigned team.
Delivers results and meets customer expectations.
Monitors and maintains quality and productivity.
Adheres to Sidras standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies

In view of the evolving needs and opportunities within Sidra during this pre-operational phase, this position may be required to perform other duties as assigned and reporting relationships may vary.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
7+ years Management experience utilizing best practice Clinical techniques and methodologies and project management methodologies
Knowledge of Technical Service Delivery Methodologies and - Interface-Related Knowledge Management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Fluency in written and spoken English
Plans activities and projects well in advance and takes account of possible changing circumstances, identifies and organizes resources needed to accomplish tasks.
