Employment: Full Time

Clinical Product Specialist required for an MNC specializing in making hospital beds, furniture, other health care equipment, and medical technology systems in their branch in KSA (Riyadh).

The Clinical Product Specialist will help drive the sales of defined products in the assigned territory by providing clinical expertise and supporting the activities of the Sales Managers and Distributors. The incumbent will work in close collaboration with local team and regional marketing to implement the agreed sales strategy and brand positioning for the company's product solutions.

General responsibilities include:

• Understanding and articulating in detail the functionalities / clinical benefits to patients and care givers of each assigned product line while offering an economic benefit to the hospital.

• Responsible for improving product knowledge and competency of local team on these specific products.

• Identify opportunities and drive the sales of the company's clinical product portfolio to health care providers embracing a solution sell proposition.

• Working with area sales management on tenders, quotations and funnel update.

• Responsible for product demonstrations, sales training, support as well as Clinical Seminars/Symposium organisation and execution.

• Instructing clinical staff in the use of the products to ensure adherence to product protocols and safety standards.

• Provide regional Marketing department with market and competitive information gathered during customer visits.

• Developing relationship with Key Opinion Leaders identified in the assigned geography.

• Up to 80% travel required.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Certified nurse with several years of practical nursing experience. ICU experience preferred.

• Additional education in Business Administration would be of advantage

Professional Requirements:

• Certified Nurse or BS in Nursing

• Certified specialization (e.g. ICU)

• Minimum of 5 years nursing experience in hospital environment. ICU preferred.

• 3 years of Sales or Marketing experience

• Good understanding of business administration

• Fluent English language skills (spoken and written) and knowledge of Arabic

• Willing to work and travel unsupervised for extended periods in the assigned region.
