Job description / Role
The purpose of this role is to provide clinical support to END USERS. Furthermore it is to educate customers the reasons why Maquet portfolio suites their needs the best. This role is created to upgrade the standard of table sold in the region to higher end. To provide the best clinical support to customers and to clinically help launch new products to end users.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Travel across the region to support distributors in presenting the Tables & Assist Systems to end users.
- Conduct Training within ORs and develop the regions distributors to a higher level.
- Create a database of end users and KOL and create strong awareness of strategic products
- Create an upsell program of why some tables are better than others
- Develop a clinical marketing strategy for short- and long-term strategic marketing plans with product management.
- Collaborate with clinical affairs and product management on building an influential medical evidence plan to help clinicians understand. Also should be able to manage Loyalty clubs for end users.
- Create and deliver both scientific and clinical product-related presentations, WORKSHOPS, seminars and educational programs to business partners, clinicians, and internal staff. Takes care of All Clinical Trainings
- Cultivate collaborative relationships with current and future thought leaders in academic and clinical medicine at the Local and International Congresses, regional, national, and international level.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the clinical application and potential of MAQUET technologies as well as the KOLs proctorship agreements.
- Develop the foundational data for medical and scientific marketing/product material including promotional pieces, technical sales aids, etc., in conjunction with the marketing communications department, like Direct Marketing (e-blast, did you know, congresses manuals...etc).
- Advise on medical and scientific marketing/product material in conjunction with product management and marketing. Provide clinical and customer input to internal teams as it related to the use of our products and positioning with key customer groups.
- Represent MAQUET at key Sponsorships, events, functions, and forums related to select key customers, accounts, and societies.
- Develop, manage and leverage clinical relationships & Enhance the distributor clinical knowledge.
- Develop Clinical Trainer in Saudi
- Develop Train the trainer schemes across the region
- Support broad business goals (e.g. Demo units and show room , poster development, clinical evidence, market and clinical evaluations). Identify and peer-to-peer educational plans for key products by invite.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation and influencing capabilities in the medical professional space and comfort in networking at multiple levels. Develop Service policies and Sponsorship policies.
- Present complex aspects of protocol design to key stakeholders, highlighting key risks and benefits to any proposed studies.
Requirements
- Degree/certification in Nursing
- 5+ years of practice in Hospitals
- Proven track record of delivering results, high initiative
- Strong organization skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including communication, collaboration and negotiation capabilities
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Effective oral and written communication with medical professionals, scientists, peers, and senior management
- Ability to independently set and manage multiple competing priorities while guiding others
- Ability to travel, including internationally approximately 75% of the time
- 4 5 years of experience in different hospitals surgical disciplines is a preference
