This organizations remains at the forefront of medical research and worldwide sales of products for endovascular therapy, critical care medicine, general surgery, diagnostic and interventional procedures, bioengineered tissue replacement and regeneration, gastroenterology and endoscopy procedures, urology, and obstetrics and gynaecology.

Due to expansion we are seeking a Clinical Support Manager for the Middle East region. The primary purpose of this position is to provide special clinical support to the strategic business unit team and Doctors in order to maximise the level of expertise on focus products in the assigned territory.

The responsibilities include:
Provide technical product training and support to local SBU personnel as well as to doctors, nurses and pharmacists on the use of Endoscopy medical devices.
Develop an excellent knowledge of the PI product range and other possible devices related to them.
Provide market intelligence and other appropriate feedback to the SBU personnel in a timely manner
Provide Regional Manager and the Sales Representatives with information on developments and trends within the PI products.
Seek and evaluate new product ideas, providing adequate information to the Regional Manager and facilitating ongoing communication.
Develop and maintain active relationships with key accounts and key regional physicians.
Provide written reports to the Regional Manager/Clinical Team Manager as appropriate.
Undertake business analysis to highlight opportunities and support sales persons in the preparation of tenders in relation to technical and competitor information
Mentoring of the new sales representatives

Requirements

In order to be considered for this role relevant experience in clinical support is desirable with excellent knowledge of relevant clinical procedures. High level of self-motivation is needed along with outstanding organizational and communication skills.
