The Role


The Role

1. Print contracts, promissory notes and any additional required signing documents and ensure accuracy prior to presentation to applicants.
2. Assist in arranging and coordinating closing schedule with Closing Manager.
3. Follow up with applicants to complete down payment requirements.
4. Update DBLS Sub-Status and Comments with all IN CLOSING activities.
5. Complete and maintain closings within timeframes established by SHL Closing Department.
6. Provide accurate SHL bank account numbers for type of deposit by applicant.
7. Prepare closing activity reports for Closing Manager review.
8. Ensure all closed files are sent to Quality Assurance with 24 hours of completion.
9. Display high customer focus, ability to explain contracts and positively respond to applicant’s questions.

Minimum Requirements/Experience (What is required to perform the essential duties)
2 years banking experience with housing finance experience preferred.

Fluent English and Arabic in speech, reading and writing. University diploma and banking and/or finance seminars preferred.
