Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

* Responsibility for coordinating customer contact under the direction and in close liaison with Middle East and Saudi Management to ensure that debt is collected to contractual terms.
* To efficiently and effectively utilize the in house systems and its tools in providing for complete and accurate reporting to customers and Management as the case may be
* Maintain a detailed log of all customer contacts and meeting details.
* Coordinate effective customer communication with assistance from within the business in order to provide expertise in understanding customer requirements/issues.
* To raise all unresolved issues to concerned/appropriate levels of management for resolution and to further escalate to top management as the case maybe.
* Effectively identify and manage key client contacts for following up on unpaid invoices.
* Provide continued follow up on all client related *Efficient usage of in house systems to produce report(s) necessary to indicate a consolidated debt position.
* Processing and generating aging reports & monthly statements.
* Liaise with customers to obtain invoice details of payments for allocation
* Reconcile Over Due balances with Customers statement of accounts

Requirements

* A graduate with at least 2-3 years previous experience in a credit control role.
* Must have excellent MS Office application skills to work with computer data entry and extraction. Experience in JDE, OMS & Vision would be beneficial but not a must.
* Effective communicator with ability to work to a high level of accuracy and when preparing reports, presentation and other documents and verbally when working with senior management and employees.
* Ability to work under pressure within time limits by determining priorities and organizing work accordingly.
* Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative with integrity recognizing the need for discretion.
