Collections Executive

Job description / Role

We have an excellent opportunity with one of the largest and well known luxury property development company in Middle East.

Our client is looking for presentable, young, confident, enthusiastic and assertive individuals to join their Collections Team in Dubai

You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
1. Corresponding with customers, regularly sending account statement to the customers.
2. Review of customer aging reports and listing of overdue invoices
3. Sending reminders and follow up for the due payments
4. Communicating with the customers regarding the discrepancy in the invoice/payment etc.
5. Ensuring that the unit's documents, processes and procedures are approved and documented as per the quality standards of the organization.
6. Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
7. Coordination with sales and operations team.
8. Reconciliation of customer accounts
9. Generating reports as and when desired by the management

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree with minimum of 1 year of experience in collections in a banking or real estate or oil and gas industry (preferred)
2. UAE Driving license
3. You should be a Go to Market attitude personnel
4. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills
