The Role


The Role


Notifying and following up with residential properties purchasers to ensure that amount due are collected in a timely and efficient manner.

Ensuring efficient and timely collection of amounts due from sale of residential properties.

Alerting and following up with purchasers that their payments have become overdue and that collection is required.

Initiating Formal Notices, Default Letters and Termination Letters in the event amounts are not being settled by the purchasers.

Following up with the Handover Team on the status of units subject to handover.

Maintaining an active listing of all units subject to hand over, their current handover status, amounts due against them, actions taken to expedite collection and reporting the same to the company’s management upon request.

Requirements


Requirements


High School graduate

A minimum of 2 years of experience in the collection / customer service field.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong command of both Arabic and English

Very good computer skills: Word, Excel, at least one accounting software
