Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To engage with new customers, understand decoration needs, inspire them to redecorate by proposing and presenting interior decoration solutions
- Establish and maintain contacts with potential clients to understand their design requirements to leverage business.
- Discuss and analyze clients requirements and prepare presentation proposals to include full details of the proposal, this would include working in conjunction with Surveyor and Retail Coordinator.
- Ensure that payment terms are adhered to by the client and ensure that all payments are received and all invoices are made as per payment schedule of the agreement.
- Keep abreast of the current painting trends and be aware of new market innovations.

Requirements

- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design
- 2 years experience in architectural/ interior design or painting project management
- Understanding of painting terminology and theory
- CAD and 3DS Max knowledge
- Knowledge of Photoshop
- Computer literate, excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to sell a concept
