Job description / Role
RICS qualified Commercial Agent required for international property practice based in Abu Dhabi
Our client is a leading, international, Partner led, private practice real estate firm with over 200 offices worldwide. Having developed into one of the largest, most prestigious firms our client is looking to expand it's Abu Dhabi offering and therefore is seeking a RICS qualified Commercial Agent with up to 5 years' experience working in either the Middle East or the UK.
Responsibilities will include:
* Building and maintaining relationship with various Landlords across Abu Dhabi.
* Business developing new clients and attending various networking events.
* Gaining an understanding of the local commercial property market.
Requirements
The successful commercial agent will have gained an understanding of office work with a good billing track record. As a qualified RICS surveyor, you will work autonomously in an emerging market, gaining experience and an understanding of a vast array of matters.
In return our client is offering a competitive salary and package as detailed below.
Salary is up to AED 28,000 per month (55,000 GBP per year) tax free + relocation package, competitive bonus and medical care.
