Commercial Analyst - Al Futtaim Auto Centres

Job description / Role

As a member of the Finance team, you will be responsible for supporting operations (Sales and After sales) by:
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures with major emphasis on - cash control, sales accounting documentation, stock controls, audit report compliance, day to day internal controls review and process improvements in showrooms and service Centres.
- Ensuring proper Revenue Recognition principles are adopted by the company and ensure adequate revenue recognition process is implemented in the company.
- Helping draft policies and procedures in line with company guidelines.
- Ensuring proper process and procedures are in place in the company and help business document and adopt correct policies and procedures.

The position provides operational support to the organization and is in constant co-ordination with AFSS and the Branch teams for compliance of policies and procedures. The position closely interacts with AFSS on sales control and the review of the General Ledger.

Requirements

- Bachelor of Commerce or Diploma in Accounting Financial Management.
- Chartered Accountancy
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Automotive dealership or retail environment

Job-Specific Skills:
- Analytical, process oriented, good communication skills, exposure to ERP

Behavioural Competencies:
- Should be able to plan and prioritize tasks, persuasive skills, Kaizan attitude, Self starter; and a strong team player.
