Commercial & Contract Manager (MEP)

Job description / Role

The Commercial / Contract Manager (MEP) will validate tender following award with Project Director. Arrange insurances and Bonds with Finance Director.
Prepare Project cash flow report by liaising with Project Planning Manager.
Maintain Project Cash Flow & arrange monthly site measures and progress reports. You will Coordinate with the project director in relation to assessment of progress. Control and report on any variances to the works.
You will also maintain the project risk register, ensure timely closure of all commercial issues.
Organise and attend commercial meets.

Requirements

Mechanical (MEP)
15 Years’ experience
GCC - Gulf & Middle East experience
MRICS
Proven Commercial Management
Degree in Quantity Surveying / Mechanical Engineering
Multi-Million QR projects - Proven track record in delivery
