Job description / Role
Our client, a leading global contractor who has an outstanding reputation for success and has worked on some of the worlds most prestigious infrastructure projects is currently looking to recruit a Commercial / Contracts Manager for a luxury resort project based in Jordan.
The successful candidate will be required to manage all commercial management, contract administration, and project control of the scheme including estimating, Bid development, producing regular cost and variation reports, and reconciliation. Ensuring all systems and reporting are adapted to client and project requirements.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
- Membership to professional body i.e MRICS
- 15+ years experience of large scale building projects such as luxury resort, casino, podiums, mixed use development with a tier one main contractor
- Fluent in English
- Computer literate
