The RoleThe Role Dynamic work environment Global Growth Public Safety Organisation Location: United Arab Emirates Our client, one of the fastest growing public safety and security solutions organisations globally, is looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Commercial Coordinator to their UAE team. Our employer seeks a proven performer to assist on their main projects in the region, which include the implementation of advanced integrated security solutions for critical assets, safe city and border protection. Reporting to the Customer Interface Manager, you will be responsible for: Assist all divisions in the planning, preparation and review of each projects contracting and commercial actions and activities, including RFPs, Commercial Evaluations, Contractual Amendments Assist in the planning, preparation and review of commercial actions and activities such as Project Variations and Technical Evaluations Manage the preparation process of materials for Committees and meetings Provide guidance to other teams regarding commercial work processes and procedures to ensure that activities are aligned with guidelines, standards and protocols Record commercial approvals / instructions for project Monitor execution of decisions On-going monitoring of commercial activities with subcontractors and provide reporting on subcontractor commercial activities on a periodic basis internally and to the Global HQ. |
RequirementsRequirementsEssential attributes include: Degree qualified in a Commercial / Business Management field; Post-Graduate qualification in Business Management would be highly regarded Minimum 5 years experience in the Industrial field / Commercial / Large Integrative projects Previous Project Management experience in project integration between hardware and software. Communication, system engineering and infrastructure experience is highly regarded Ability to seek out, receive and interpret data in written, oral, diagram and schedule forms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is essential Excellent English verbal, reading and writing skills is essential; Arabic skills would be highly regarded Current drivers licence is essential |
