Job description / Role
Details:
• Should be currently operating as a head of commercial in the organization
• Must be handling multiple projects [minimum 5 nos] worth AED 1.5bn
• Should have worked on projects like high-rise commercial and residential towers, airports, hospitals, malls, mixed use projects, etc.
• Should have lead a team managing contract and commercial aspect of projects with a combined value of min AED 1.5 bn
• Should have worked closely with the board members to develop and execute strategies
• Should have worked in UAE with a construction contracting company for at least 8 yrs (latest)
Requirements
Position: Commercial Director
Age: 40 to 45 yrs (Max)
Experience: 15 to 20 yrs
Qualification: Professionally Qualified (Western Educated)
Industry: Contracting company only
His career should be starting as a QS(Quantity Surveyor) then move on to Contracts Manager, presently he may be working as Commercial Manager/Senior Commercial and Contracts Manager or a Commercial Director.
He should not have worked as a Project Manager/Site Manager/Construction Manager in his career.
Kind of Projects--he should have worked on only high rise projects i.e high rise residential or commercial projects, even high rise hospitals with say min 200 + beds also airport buildings or airport hanger but not of airport roads or any industrial type of projects
