Job description / Role

- Preparation of BRM Pack
- Preparation of various reports:
- Flash report
- Inventory and receivable report and upload in BPC
- Cash flow
- Divisional P&L
- Report on Certification / Collection / Payment application
- Preparation of debit notes with all supporting and follow up with sister companies to clear the ICM
- Liaison with Banks, divisions and Treasury for issuing, cancelling, reducing and keeping up to date record of Performance bonds, advance Bonds, tender bonds and retention bonds.
- Preparing division wise report on receivable, retention and follow up with divisions and customers for collection.
- Liaising with SSF and monitoring Bank reconciliation and Balance sheet.
- Assist in finalizing quarterly forecast and yearly budget.
- Keeping a track record of fixed assets including approval for purchase and sale.
- Liaising with internal and External Auditors
- Assist in finalization of monthly and yearly accounts.

Requirements

Ideally you must have Master / Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business. Inter CA / CMA /will be an advantage, along with five or more years of experience will be preferred.

Additionally you must have knowledge in SAP, you will be responsible for generating reports. The reports includes reports to operations, HO and Finance teams. They also prepare balance sheets and income statements and spend time analyzing them. Part of their job duty is finding ways to improve profitability for the company, which includes generating greater revenue and reducing expenses.
