Job description / Role
Required for a firm of Legal Consultants in Dubai.
Drafting and Reviewing Commercial Agreements, such as:
- Agency and Distributorship Agreements;
- Franchise Agreements;
- Leases;
- Memorandum of Understanding and the like;
- Consultancy Agreements;
Drafting and Reviewing Corporate Agreements, such as :
- Assisting in Mergers & Acquisitions and more involved Corporate legal work;.
- Supervise the incorporation of BVI Companies and all work related to off shore structure including drafting of Shareholders Agreements and Sale & Purchase Agreements.
Requirements
We are looking for a qualified lawyer with Commercial and Corporate Drafting experience. At least 3 years PQE.
- Local experience preferred but not a must.
- Should be US/ UK educated.
- Someone who would enjoy working in a young, progressive Law Firm.
- Computer literacy is a MUST.
Salary around Dhs. 30,000 but negotiable.
