Job description / Role
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on all commercial contracts relevant to Company business such as MOUs, NDAs, subcontracts, supply contracts, services agreements, EPC/turnkey contracts, cooperation agreements (such as silent and open consortiums), FIDIC (Silver & yellow book), joint venture arrangements and partial and full assignment agreements.
- Reviewing and analyzing tender documents concerning governmental and non-governmental projects, carrying out legal risk assessment, qualifying such risks, and recommending legal and/or factual measures that would mitigate such risks.
Requirements
- Experience in engineering, procurement and construction contracts and agreements.
- Experience in international transactions.
- Excellent English and Arabic.
- Hands-On Experience in working with with multi-culture, multinational companies or clients.
