Your core responsibilities will be drafting, reviewing and providing technical advise on matters relating to JV agreements, Asset management agreements, Franchising & distribution agreements and more You will be managing a team and will require excellent managerial skills. |
RequirementsRequirements3-5 Years UK qualified Lawyer. You should have experience working within an international firm on commercial contracts. The firm are looking ideally for someone with experience in the region, someone who understands the UAE laws and procedure. Previous experience in Franchising, hospitality & leisure, Technology and some IP/IT would be preferable. |
